Kristen Short

Kristen Short is a development consultant with more than twenty-five years of experience.  As the managing partner of Advance Strategies, Kristen is committed to positioning leaders and organizations for mission-driven success.  She focuses on major gifts fundraising, professional development and executive coaching.

Recent and current clients include Susan B. Anthony List, Heritage Action for America, The Network, Innocent Lives Foundation, Americans for Prosperity, and Concerned Women for America.

Previously, Kristen served as the Senior Development Associate for the Charles Koch Foundation and as the Development Director for Young America’s Foundation.  She helped lead the initial PR and capital campaigns to preserve and protect President Reagan’s Ranch.

Kristen is a graduate of Wake Forest University and lives in Arlington, Virginia with her husband, Marc, and their three children.
